Note: Remote viewing will not require a registration. There will be an open link for anyone to watch the live webcast.
- Free registration for in-person attendance until Wednesday 10 November.
- Late registrations on a paid basis of £50 plus VAT from Monday 11 November.
- Lunch will be on a paid basis and must be ordered in advance as an add-on to your registration.
- You may become a meeting sponsor on an individual basis with an add-on to your registration.
