This talk will be a run down of the impacts on Sky;
- Traffic -> Talk about impacts on network bandwidth to-date due to the lock-down
- Safety -> Talk about how Sky is keeping our key workers safe who are still coming into the office (e.g. NOC staff)
- Internal IT -> Talk about the rapid VPN capacity scaling project and massive laptop deployment project
- Logistics -> Talk about issues experienced procuring enough laptops and peripherals for home workers
- Protecting Customers -> Talk about how for both residential and business customers Sky has introduced a few special packages/options to save customers money during difficult financial times.
