The NL-ix internet exchange is based on a distributed model allowing members to peer in different cities and countries without the hassle of managing own transport capacity.
Beside the IX service also Internet Connectivity (Joint Transit) and Transport Services are available.
Open Peering is peering in 6 countries at multiple IX.
